What's the minimum volume to qualify for B2B rates?
5 applications per year — that's the threshold for our basic contract (10% off). For most HR teams hiring foreigners regularly, this is reached within the first quarter. We don't do "minimums" trap — you pay only for what you submit.
How is B2B contract structured?
Annual master agreement covering all your hires. Locked-in per-case rate based on projected volume. Either party can terminate with 30 days notice. NDA covers all employee data. Pricing is fixed for the year — we absorb urząd fee changes.
What if we don't reach projected volume?
No penalty. Your tier adjusts at year-end review. If you projected 50 hires but did 25, you pay the 20+ tier rate (25%) for those 25, and we re-quote next year based on actuals. We never bill for non-existent cases.
Do you handle compliance audits before government inspection?
Yes — annual compliance audit is included in B2B contracts. We review every active permit, flag expirations, identify employees whose status doesn't match contracts, and prepare you for ZUS / PIP / urząd cudzoziemców inspections. Catches problems before regulators do.
What integrations does the dashboard support?
