BOLIDE Sp. z o.o. ("we", "our", "us"), operating under the brand "LegalSol", respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our website legalsol.pl or our services. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO) and Polish data protection law (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych z 10 maja 2018 r.).

1. What data we collect
1.1 Data you provide voluntarily
When you fill in a form on our website (consultation request, calculator quiz), we collect:
- Name (first name only — surname is optional)
- Phone number / WhatsApp / Telegram contact
- Service you are interested in (residence permit, Blue Card, etc.)
- Quiz answers about your situation (time in Poland, current status, basis for application)
- Any message you choose to include
1.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, language, operating system
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, navigation paths, clicks (collected via Microsoft Clarity, anonymized)
- Marketing data: UTM parameters from advertising campaigns (if you arrived from an ad)
- Cookies: see Section 7 below
1.3 Data we receive during service delivery
If you become our client, we additionally collect documents and information required to provide legalisation services (passport copies, employment contracts, proof of residence, etc.). These are processed on a separate legal basis (contract performance) and stored under stricter security.
2. Why we collect this data (purposes)
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a free consultation (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- To provide our legalisation services if you become a client (legal basis: contract performance, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- To improve our website through anonymized analytics (legal basis: your consent for non-essential cookies, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax records, anti-money-laundering checks (legal basis: legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- To send service-related updates via WhatsApp or email about your case (legal basis: contract performance)
3. Who has access to your data
Your data is processed only by:
- LegalSol team members (under confidentiality agreements)
- Service providers we trust:
- Google LLC — Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (lead storage)
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity (analytics)
- Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business (communication, when you write to us)
- Notion Labs Inc. — knowledge base for our content
- Polish authorities — only when legally required (e.g. when submitting your residence permit application to Wojewoda)
We never sell or rent your data to third parties. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How long we keep your data
- Lead inquiries (form submissions): up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted unless you became a client
- Client case files: 5 years after case closure (Polish accounting law) or 10 years for legal services records (Polish Code of Commercial Companies)
- Analytics data: Microsoft Clarity retains data for 13 months by default
- Cookies: session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire as defined in Section 7
5. Your rights under GDPR/RODO
You have the right to:
- Access — get a copy of all data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — delete your data, with limitations for client case files we are legally required to keep
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object — withdraw consent or object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — uodo.gov.pl

6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Access controls — only authorised team members can see client data
- Encrypted backups
- HSTS, secure headers, no third-party trackers without consent
In case of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the UODO within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
7. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
7.1 Essential (always active)
- Language preference (
ls-lang) — stores your selected site language
- Form anti-spam tokens
- Cookie consent itself (so we don't show the banner repeatedly)
These are necessary for the site to function. They do not require consent.
7.2 Analytics (require your consent)

7.3 Marketing
We currently do not run cross-site advertising trackers. If we add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar in the future, we will request your consent first via the cookie banner.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
8. Children
Our services are not directed at persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data of a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Some of our service providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta) are based in the United States. They have certified compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework ensuring GDPR-equivalent protection.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified via prominent notice on the homepage.
