- Services — immigration and legalisation services we provide, including but not limited to: residence permit (Karta Pobytu) applications, permanent residency, EU Blue Card, PESEL registration, Profil Zaufany setup, appeals, citizenship applications, company registration assistance.
- Free Consultation — initial assessment of your situation provided at no charge, with no obligation to engage paid Services.
2. Free Consultation
Visitors may request a free initial consultation by submitting a form on the Website or messaging us via WhatsApp. The free consultation is:
- Provided at our discretion within 15 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–20:00, Sat 10:00–18:00 Warsaw time)
- Limited to a brief assessment of feasibility, recommended service path, and approximate cost/timeline
- Non-binding for both parties
- Does not constitute formal legal advice — formal advice begins only after a service agreement is signed
3. Engagement of Paid Services
Paid Services begin only after:
- Both parties sign a service agreement (umowa o świadczenie usług) specifying scope, price, timeline and obligations
- The Client provides required identity documents and powers of attorney where applicable
- The Client makes the agreed prepayment
4. Pricing
Service prices listed on the Website are indicative starting prices. The final price is set in the individual service agreement after assessing the Client's situation. Government fees (e.g. 340 PLN for karta pobytu) are separate from our service fee and are paid to Polish authorities directly by the Client or through us.
Indicative prices (as of 2026):
- Karta Pobytu (residence permit) — from 2,500 PLN
- Permanent residency (PMŻ) — from 4,000 PLN
- EU Blue Card — from 3,500 PLN
- Polish citizenship — from 5,500 PLN
- Appeal against refusal — from 2,000 PLN
5. The 98% Approval Guarantee
We publicly state a 98% approval rate based on our internal records of cases closed since 2020. This figure is informational and does not constitute a legally binding outcome guarantee for any individual case. However:
Appeal at our expense. If a case we accepted under our standard service agreement results in a negative decision from Polish authorities, we will file the administrative appeal at our own cost, without additional service fees from the Client. This applies only to refusals based on grounds we should have anticipated. Government appeal fees, if any, are paid by the Client.
6. Client obligations
By engaging our Services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information about your situation
- Submit all required documents promptly
- Notify us immediately of any changes (employer, address, marital status, etc.)
- Not submit duplicate applications via other agents or channels while we are handling your case
- Not provide false or forged documents
⚠️ LegalSol cannot be held responsible for refusals caused by Client-provided false information, forged documents, or undisclosed legal issues (e.g. prior overstays, criminal records).
7. Our obligations
LegalSol will:
- Apply professional knowledge and best efforts to your case
- Maintain confidentiality of your data and documents
- Communicate proactively about case status
- Respond to questions within 24 hours during business days
- Submit applications through the official MOS portal (from 27 April 2026) using Profil Zaufany powers of attorney
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for delays, refusals or other outcomes caused by Polish authorities, changes in law, or events beyond our control
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question
- This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or EU consumer law
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under Polish consumer law (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reason. This right does not apply if:
- You explicitly requested us to start service immediately and we have fully performed it before the 14 days end
- You waive the right of withdrawal in writing as part of immediate service start
To exercise withdrawal, email workvd75@gmail.com with your declaration. We refund within 14 days of receiving the declaration.
